re: follow up to FUE-Europe 2019 Platelet Lysate blog
Dear Hair Restoration Physician,
One of your hair surgeon colleagues pointed out to me yet another regenerative medicine protocol that may have promise for hair regrowth, this time injecting a prp + mesenchymal stem cell prep, followed by in vivo (after injection) red light “activation” (633nm in this case; power? duration? mechanism of activation? see link HERE) .
While there are ENDLESS regenerative medicine treatment combinations mixing autologous and/or allographic prp and stem related products, + photomedicine, there is currently NO EASY WAY to determine an optimal treatment protocol (or protocols, as optimal treatment(s) may vary by patient). LaserCap Company has set up a wet lab to culture hair follicles while exposing them to various treatment combinations, in vitro ( e.g., platelet lysate preps, prp + msc preps, + ecm types, + exosomes, etc… with and without photomed; see pl.lasercap.us and iv.lasercap.us (email me for password)).
LET ME KNOW TREATMENT COMBINATIONS WE SHOULD STUDY IN OUR HAIR FOLLICLE CULTURE LAB.
ps here are prior blog links that may be of interest (email me if password required).
