Prescription-Strength Laser Therapy Technology

Peak intensity, the maximum amount of energy output per unit area over any given time period, determines how deeply light can penetrate into tissues.¹ Pulse wave emission allows LaserCap to deliver light at higher peak intensity without excess heat generation because this energy can be delivered over a very short period of time. From internal testing we found that the power output of continuous devices, such as the Capillus Pro, can decline by more than 30%, even over a 6 minute treatment. By comparison, decrease in the power output of the LaserCap was negligible over a much longer 30 minute period.
